Wings of the Ocean
Wings of the Ocean est une association de protection de l’océan qui lutte contre les déchets sauvages, en particulier les déchets plastiques. L’association mobilise des bénévoles sur des missions immersives et mène des actions de dépollution, de sensibilisation et de recherche scientifique pour préserver durablement la biodiversité marine et sensibiliser aux enjeux de la pollution plastique sur l’océan.
Missions
- Protéger les océans : Collecter et faire des études scientifiques des déchets présents sur nos littoraux en Atlantique et Méditerranée.
- Sensibiliser les populations et les institutions locales à la pollution plastique.
À quoi vont servir les dons en 2026 ?
En 2026, vos dons contribueront à renforcer concrètement la protection des océans et la mobilisation citoyenne:
🌊 En soutenant les missions territoriales en France (PACA, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Loire-Atlantique)
Déploiement de centaines de bénévoles nourris, logés et formés, pour protéger l’océan, de la ville jusqu’à l’embouchure du fleuve permettant des collectes massives de déchets, de sensibiliser les acteurs locaux et de réduire la quantité de déchets se déversant dans l’océan via nos fleuves.
🌊 En déployant le Programme Jeunesse de sensibilisation
Diffusion de nouveaux contenus pédagogiques et sensibilisation de toujours plus de classes pour encourager un engagement durable en faveur de l’océan.
👉🏻 Pour contribuer à atteindre cet objectif l’association a besoin de récolter 250 000€

En 2025, grâce à votre générosité, vos dons ont permis de faire vivre une grande mobilisation en faveur de la protection des océans et de sensibiliser largement le public :
🌊 En finançant les deux escales de la mission Kraken à Marseille , c'est concrètement :
- 2 314 personnes sensibilisés
- 565 kgs de déchets ramassés
- 40 579 mégots ramassés
- 1993 emballages à usage uniques récupérés
- 286 actions de sensibilisation aux travers des visites guidées à bord
🤝 Des bénévoles soutenus et formés pour agir concrètement
🧤 Plus d’une demi-tonne de déchets collectée lors d’actions de dépollution.
🌊 La sensibilisation des publics jeunes sur l’ensemble des territoires par l'amélioration du matériel pédagogique, le renfort des équipes de mission et la mobilisation locale qui a permis de sensibiliser 2 603 jeunes en 2025
