Missions
- Accélérer l’égalité des chances dans l’éducation par le mentorat pour une société plus juste et fraternelle
- Accompagner vers leurs réussites des jeunes investis de territoires fragiles et lutter contre le déterminisme social.
Télémaque est une association pionnière de l’égalité des chances et du mentorat, créée en 2005, qui accompagne sur la durée des jeunes collégiens, lycéens, apprentis de territoires fragiles qui ont le désir de réussir mais n’ont pas les clés et moyens de leur ambition. Le mentorat Télémaque agit sur 4 leviers: ouverture socio-culturelle, découverte du monde professionnel, confiance en soi et réussite scolaire.
À quoi vont servir les dons en 2025 ?
Pour 2025, vos dons contribuent à ces projets nationaux :
Projet 1 : Cours de soutien scolaire
📕 Proposer aux jeunes qui rencontrent des difficultés pouvant conduire à une démotivation scolaire , des séances de cours de soutien individuels et des stages collectifs de soutien scolaire en faisant appel à des professionnels reconnus. Objectif 2025 : + de 150 jeunes lycéens
Projet 2: Télémaque Vacances
☀️ Proposer des activités aux jeunes Télémaque qui ne partent pas en vacances pour leur permettre une continuité dans l’accompagnement et éviter une rupture durant l’été. Des activités sont organisées comme par exemple : visite de villes, musées, musique, activité en plein air...
Projet 3 : Télémaque Orientation
🎓 Accompagnement des lycéens de seconde, première et terminale sur leur orientation et notamment Parcours Sup par le biais d'ateliers et de coaching individuel. Objectif 2025 : 350 jeunes lycéens touchés

A financer nos 7 missions qui accueillent plus de 250 bénévoles à temps plein pendant 4 à 6 mois chaque année. Nos bénévoles sont logés, nourris et blanchis aux frais de l’association qui couvrent également les frais d’entretien de nos deux voiliers (Scylla et Kraken).
