Missions
- Agir concrètement et durablement pour la préservation des plus grandes forêts du monde,
- Sensibiliser et accompagner les communautés locales dans le développement d’activités durables et respectueuses de l'environnement.
Planète Urgence mène, dans plusieurs pays notamment en Afrique, en Asie et en Amérique latine, des projets autour des causes et des effets de la déforestation. Les forêts sont indispensables à l’équilibre de la vie sur Terre : elles doivent être protégées pour préserver la biodiversité qu’elles abritent ainsi que les femmes et les hommes qui en dépendent.
À quoi vont servir les dons en 2025 ?
Pour 2025, vos dons contribuent à deux projets au Bénin :
Projet 1 : Conservation des forêts sacrées du Bénin
🌱 Plantation d'arbres avec la mise en place de nouvelles activités : apiculture, maraîchage, petit élevage, transformation de produits comme le karité, manioc ou soja ou petit élevage.
Projet 2 : Sensibilisation à l'environnement avec le programme Planète Éducation
📘 Ce projet a vocation de former des professeurs qui sensibilisent leurs élèves aux enjeux environnementaux et climatiques, à créer des jardins potagers pour rendre les enfants acteurs et encourager à la diversification alimentaire.
En 2025, le projet prévoit la création d'un réseau d'acteurs pour intégrer durablement l'Education à l'Environnement et au Développement Durable dans les programmes scolaires.
